A self-serve studio, built and operated by Softpiper, that turns one product photo into styled product shots, on-model images and short video clips using Google's Gemini image models and Veo 3.1.
Why we built it
Online sellers need studio-grade product shots, on-model images and short clips for every listing. Photoshoots are slow and expensive, and general-purpose image generators drift away from the real product.
How we built it
We built LuxeLens as a Next.js app on Vercel with three studio modes: Product, Model and Jewellery. An AI Director agent turns a short brief into a shot plan covering camera and lens, lighting, set and grade. Before anything is generated, Product Identity Lock looks the product up with Google Search and builds a profile of its shape, materials and colours. Images render on Gemini 3.1 Flash Image when speed matters and on Gemini 3 Pro Image when staying closest to the product matters most; clips render on Veo 3.1. Uploads sit in private Google Cloud Storage behind expiring signed links and are deleted after rendering.
Where it stands
A live, self-serve product that Softpiper operates, priced per render: the credit cost is shown before generating and failed renders are refunded. It is our clearest public example of building on Gemini and Google Cloud end to end.
