What to expect
Who answers, and when.
Pip, right now
Answers any time of day: our work, a tailored price range, how we'd approach your problem. It arranges calls, drafts a plan and passes your brief to the team.
The team, by email
A partner reads every brief, and Pip keeps you posted by email. Replies come from India (IST, UTC+5:30).
A call with the team
On Google Meet with a senior member of the team. Pip finds a time that suits you, prioritised by how urgent your project is, and confirms on screen or by email.

Before you get in touch
The questions people ask first.
Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share confidential details, and confidentiality is also covered in our contract.
We're based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and take on projects from other regions too, including North America, the UK and Europe, the GCC and Asia-Pacific. Pip arranges calls with the team at times that suit you and your urgency, and we agree regular overlap hours for demos that suit your team; most day-to-day collaboration happens in writing in a shared workspace.
There's no one-size working model. Pip, our AI managing partner, asks about your business and goals, then proposes a working model for you: the phases, the team, how often you see progress, how you pay and how support works after launch. You review it, change what doesn't suit you, and it goes into the proposal.
No. We build on top of what you already run (CRM, ERP, commerce, messaging and data) and connect to it through documented APIs or MCP servers, so you get new capability without a rip-and-replace.
You do. Once the project invoices are paid, the custom code, designs and content we create for you are yours, as set out in the contract. Open-source libraries and third-party services stay under their own licences, and any pre-existing Softpiper tools are licensed to you for use in the deliverables.
