What we deliver

We design and build custom web applications, SaaS products, portals and corporate platforms in Next.js and React, with authentication, payments, admin tools and analytics, and AI where it earns its place.

What we build

SaaS products and MVPs, customer and partner portals, internal tools and admin consoles, and content-rich corporate platforms.

The usual building blocks: authentication and roles, payments and subscriptions, dashboards, search, notifications, file handling, audit logs and integrations.

How we build

TypeScript end to end, server-rendered React for speed and search visibility, accessible components with WCAG 2.1 AA as the baseline, automated tests on the critical paths and a preview deployment for every change.

You see working software every week in a staging environment you can click through, not a slide deck.

Recent work

Greenberg Engineering's corporate platform runs on Next.js and Vercel; we built Vyakarni, an AI Hindi writing assistant, end to end for SNS Innovation Labs; and LuxeLens AI Studio, our own generative-media product, is a Next.js app on Vercel backed by Google Cloud.

Typical deliverables

  • Product discovery, information architecture and UX
  • Design system in Figma and code
  • Full-stack application in Next.js, React and TypeScript
  • Authentication, roles, payments and admin console
  • Analytics, SEO and performance budgets
  • CI/CD, preview environments and monitoring
  • Launch, documentation and handover

Tools we typically use

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Postgres and Supabase
  • Drizzle ORM
  • Vercel
  • Google Cloud
  • Stripe and Razorpay

If your team already runs a different stack, we work within it. These are defaults, not requirements.

Claude and Gemini

Where Claude and Gemini fit

We build on both model families and choose per task, on evaluation results, cost and latency, inside the cloud you already use.

Claude

by Anthropic

In-app copilots, search over your own content, and drafting and summarising features, built on structured outputs and evaluated before release.

Gemini

by Google

Image, video and voice features when the product calls for them: understanding uploads, generating media, real-time voice.

Together. AI goes in where it earns its place. Plenty of great web apps need none.

Phases and team

How an engagement typically runs

6–18 weeks, delivered by a small senior pod, with progress you can see as it is built. Pip tailors the working model to your team.
  1. Discover and design

Product discovery, information architecture, UX and a design system.

  2. Build in sprints

A full-stack build with a demo every week in a staging environment you can use.

  3. Launch

Production release with analytics, monitoring, documentation and access in your name.

  4. Manage and improve

Optional ongoing management: updates, fixes and new features.

Typical team

Architect, product designer, two full-stack engineers and a QA engineer

FAQ

Web apps: common questions

Ask Pip if yours isn't here.

Mostly TypeScript with Next.js and React, Postgres (often through Supabase) and Vercel or Google Cloud for hosting. If your team already runs a different stack, we work within it.

Yes. You get the repository, documentation, environment setup and a walkthrough with your team. We avoid exotic dependencies so any competent React team can take over.

Yes. Product design and a design system are part of most web-app engagements. If you already have designs, we build from them.
