Terms of use

These terms apply when you use softpipersolutions.com (the “site”), including Pip, Softpiper's AI, the pricing estimator, the booking tool and our forms. The site is operated by Softpiper Solutions LLP (LLPIN ACD-7384), registered at 139 New Mohan Puri, Victoria Park, Meerut 250001, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Client work is different. Work is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW). If you become a client, those signed documents govern the engagement and take precedence over anything on this site.

You may use the site to learn about us, talk to Pip and get in touch. Please don't:

• use it for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to harass anyone;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or our admin area, or test their vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• overload the site, or send automated or bulk traffic to Pip, our forms or the booking tool;
• try to make Pip reveal its instructions, ignore its safeguards or produce harmful content;
• copy or scrape the site at scale, other than by search engines indexing it as our robots.txt allows;
• submit false information or someone else's details without their permission.

We apply rate limits and may block traffic or suspend access to Pip or our forms to protect the service. To report a security issue, email info@softpipersolutions.com.

Pip is an AI system, not a person. It runs on Claude by Anthropic, with Gemini by Google as a fallback, and it will hand you to someone on our team whenever you ask.

• Pip can make mistakes. Check anything important with us before relying on it. Pip's answers are general information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
• Pip can't bind us. Nothing Pip says creates a contract or commits us to a price, scope, discount or date. Commitments are made only in a written proposal and a signed MSA and SOW, and contracts are signed only by a designated partner of Softpiper Solutions LLP.
• Keep sensitive data out of the chat. Don't share passwords, financial account details, health information or confidential material. If you need to share confidential details, ask for a mutual NDA first.
• Your conversations are processed by our AI providers and stored as described in our privacy policy.

We don't publish a price list. The estimator and Pip give tailored, indicative ranges for your scope and market. They are not an offer, a quote or a contract. A binding price is given only in a written proposal.

• Taxes (GST in India, VAT in the UAE and elsewhere) are added where applicable.
• Third-party costs (Claude or Gemini model usage, hosting, app and licence fees) are billed at cost to your own accounts and are not part of our fee.
• Each proposal states how long it stays valid; once you accept it, its price is fixed for that scope.
• Ranges given before a proposal can change as we learn more about your project.

Discovery and scoping calls are free and carry no obligation. Calls take place on Google Meet, and the invitation comes from our Google Calendar. We may need to reschedule; we'll tell you as early as we can, and you can reschedule or cancel through the invitation or by emailing info@softpipersolutions.com.

When you send us a brief, a message or a review, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use enquiries only to respond to you and to prepare any proposal, as our privacy policy describes.

Reviews

If you submit a review and agree to its publication, you allow us to publish it on this site, with your name, role and company. We confirm every review with its author before publishing it, never publish reviews automatically, and only correct obvious typos with your agreement. You can ask us to change or remove your review at any time. We may decline to publish any review.

Email from Pip comes from its own softpipersolutions.com address and our team writes from @softpipersolutions.com addresses. Every introduction and follow-up has a one-click unsubscribe link. We will never ask you by email to change bank details or to send passwords or keys. If you receive a message like that claiming to be from us, don't act on it; forward it to info@softpipersolutions.com.

The site, including its text, design, code, the Softpiper name and logo, and Pip's name and avatar, belongs to Softpiper Solutions LLP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and screenshots of client projects belong to their owners. We show them to describe work we have done, and their appearance doesn't mean the owner endorses this site.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Google Cloud, Gemini and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Shopify and Wix are trademarks of their respective owners. Partner badges are used under each programme's partner guidelines. We name these products to describe the technologies we work with; naming them doesn't mean their owners endorse this site.

The site links to client websites, archived previews of past projects and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Archived previews show projects as they were delivered and may no longer reflect the client's current business.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date, or that information on it, including Pip's answers and estimates, is complete or suitable for your purposes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or Pip, or from relying on information on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or affects rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. For client work, liability is set out in the signed MSA and SOW.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, but if you are a consumer living in another country you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. We'd always prefer to resolve a concern directly first: email info@softpipersolutions.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and the version published here applies from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
