Who we are

Softpiper Solutions ("we", "us") is an AI engineering studio. This page explains what we collect when you visit softpiper.com or chat with Pip.

What we collect

• Form submissions. Name, email, project type, budget, and message — used only to reply to you.
• Chat transcripts with Pip. Processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. Not used to train models.
• Analytics. If you accept, we use Plausible — privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers.
• No selling of data, ever.
• No cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Email hello@softpiper.com to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use Cloudflare (hosting), our AI gateway provider (chat inference), EmailJS (form delivery), and Plausible (optional analytics). Each is bound by their own privacy terms.
